Welcome to OMNIPOTENT. By accessing or using this website, products, or services, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. Eligibility

You must be 18 years of age or older to browse or purchase from this site. By placing an order, you confirm that you are 18 or older and are acting on your own behalf or on behalf of a lawful organisation you are authorised to represent.

2. Two distinct product categories

Products sold on this website fall into two strictly separate categories, each governed by its own terms:

• (a) Research reference compounds (peptides): All peptide products listed on this website are supplied as research reference compounds for in-vitro laboratory use only. They are not drugs, not medicines, not food, not nutritional supplements, and not cosmetics. They are not intended, labelled, packaged, or sold for human or veterinary consumption, injection, inhalation, ingestion, topical application, or any in-vivo use whatsoever. No therapeutic, nutritional, cosmetic, or performance claim is made, and none should be inferred. By ordering a peptide product, you affirm that you are acquiring it solely for bona-fide in-vitro research or analytical testing, that you will not consume, inject, apply or administer it to yourself, any other person, or any animal, and that you will not resell or redistribute it for any such use.
• (b) Food supplements (e.g. Turk-Gainz): Any clearly labelled food supplement or nutraceutical sold on this website is intended only for use as a dietary supplement by healthy adults 18 years or older, subject to the on-pack label and in accordance with applicable food-safety law in the purchaser's jurisdiction. Food supplements are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate, or prevent any disease. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before use if you have any medical condition, are taking any medication, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or are an elite-sport athlete.

3. No medical advice

Nothing on this website constitutes medical, pharmaceutical, nutritional, or professional advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making any decision related to your health. We do not establish a doctor-patient or practitioner-client relationship through this website.

4. Regulatory status

Peptide products on this website are not approved as drugs, foods, or supplements by CDSCO, FSSAI, or any other Indian or foreign regulator. The purchaser is solely responsible for ensuring that their intended use of any product purchased from this website is lawful under the laws applicable to them, including the Drugs and Cosmetics Act 1940, the Food Safety and Standards Act 2006, and the Drugs and Magic Remedies (Objectionable Advertisements) Act 1954.

5. Right to refuse or cancel

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel any order, and refund any payment at our sole discretion if we reasonably believe an order is placed for a purpose inconsistent with these Terms or with applicable law. This right survives dispatch.

6. Orders, prices, payments

All prices are in INR and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated. We reserve the right to correct pricing or product errors and to cancel and refund affected orders. Payment must be made in full at the time of order via available online payment methods or, where offered, cash on delivery.

7. Shipping and delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by couriers, weather, or factors beyond our control. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate.

8. Returns and refunds

Governed by our Refund Policy. Nothing in these Terms displaces your statutory rights under the Consumer Protection Act 2019.

9. Content

All content is the property of OMNIPOTENT and may not be copied without written permission.

10. User conduct

Do not use this website unlawfully, attempt to hack or disrupt it, or provide false or misleading information.

11. Limitation of liability

Subject to applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use or misuse of any product. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited under Indian law, including liability arising from our gross negligence, fraud, or wilful misconduct.

12. Grievance redressal

Any grievance may be addressed to our Grievance Officer (see Contact page). We will acknowledge every grievance within 48 hours and endeavour to resolve it within the TAT stated on the Contact page.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time by posting a revised version. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

14. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts at the location of our registered office.
