We aim to process and dispatch every order as quickly as practical. Please note that peptide research reference compounds are supplied only to purchasers who have confirmed research use at checkout.

Processing

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1 working day, except on weekends, public holidays, or at periods of high volume. Once your order is dispatched you will receive tracking details by SMS, WhatsApp, or email.

Delivery timelines

Delivery is typically completed within 4–5 working days from dispatch. These timelines are estimates and may vary with your pin code, courier performance, weather, and other factors beyond our control.

Shipping coverage

We currently ship only within India. We do not ship internationally. We reserve the right to refuse shipping to any location at our discretion.

Temperature-sensitive items

Peptide reference compounds are shipped in insulated packaging designed to maintain stability during transit of up to 5 working days in typical Indian conditions. On receipt you should refrigerate them in accordance with the product specification. We are not liable for degradation caused by the recipient's failure to store the product correctly.

Incorrect or incomplete address

We are not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided at checkout. Please double-check your address before placing an order. Any re-shipment required because of an incorrect address will be charged at standard courier rates.

Force majeure and delays

We shall not be liable for delays caused by courier partners, natural events, regulatory holds, or any event beyond our reasonable control.
