How to raise a grievance
If you have a complaint that has not been resolved through normal customer support within 7 working days, please email the Grievance Officer with (i) your order number (if any), (ii) a clear description of the grievance, and (iii) any supporting documents or photographs. You will receive an acknowledgement within 48 hours and a substantive response within 30 days.
Escalation
If you are not satisfied with the Grievance Officer's response, you may escalate the matter to the National Consumer Helpline (1915, or consumerhelpline.gov.in) or to the relevant District / State / National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission under the Consumer Protection Act 2019.
